SehYogi is derived from two Sanskrit words: "Seh" (सह) and "Yogi" (योगी).
"Seh" (सह): means "together or "companion."
"Yogi" (योगी): refers to someone who practices yoga

When combined SehYogi (सहयोगी) literally translates to "Companion in Yoga" or "Together in Yoga." It embodies the essence of unity, support, and partnership in the practice of yoga. SehYogi suggests a sense of community and collaboration among yoga practitioners, reinforcing the idea that yoga is not just an individual journey but a shared experience that brings people together.

Hi, I’m Swati. Born and raised in the vibrant land of India, I now call Kitchener, Canada my home. Over the past decade, as I found myself navigating life, yoga remained my constant and transformative anchor. It was the practice that brought me peace, clarity, and a deeper connection to myself.

SehYogi was born out of a profound passion for yoga and an unwavering commitment to sustainability. SehYogi pants are made of 100% recycled cotton and breathable material to provide comfort and peace to the practitioner.
